Hey girl, we’ve made special for you, from now on you can, within 14 days return/exchange item purchased from Keep your original airway bill, product packaging, price tags, and labels to make return eligible for the item(s) you shopped.

The friendliest return policy ever… 

Return the item(s) within 14 days of your purchase date, together in their original packaging and all documentation they come with the Return Label for either an exchange or a full refund. 

• Refunds will be issued via the same method the original payment. Once the return request is validated and we received your parcel, your refund will be credited back to you in the next 5-7 days. 

 Our 14-day return policy is catered for your convenience of change-of-mind, size exchange and rare cases of manufacturing defects. We strongly advise our customer to check the item(s) before disposing the documentation. Jonlivia can refuse, if the item(s) are found marked, damaged and/or abused by the user. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept items such as underwear, innerwear, packaged items, and swimwear. All documentation such as the aforementioned original airway bill, product packaging, price tags, and labels are compulsory for the return. Free gifts are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.  

Less than 3 steps to return

Step 1: Register your return in the Online Return Request. Remember to choose what you wish to return, state the reason, and how you wish to resolve (e.g. exchange/refund). 

Wait for the validation from us. This points onwards, you will get a series of notification emails from us to prompt you about the validation progress.

Step 2: Print and Attach the Return Label. Re-wrap the products with its original airway bill, product packaging, price tags, and apparel labels.

Also, Jonlivia bears both ways of the shipping fee for faulty item(s). If the item(s) have been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that customer have paid and charged for. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order are not eligible for any refund.
